We begin with the sample layout you select and modify it based upon your notes at Check Out. You may mix and match any background, font style or other design elements from any of our samples. Banner Proof Production (Economy & Custom): begins once payment (not order) has been received: allow up to 24 hours to receive your payment link. Maybe. Same Day Rush is subject to approval. Current service day is Tuesday only. This service works by picking an existing template from our site that requires player and staff info changes only. Must order BEFORE 9am PST: Proof must be approved BEFORE 2:30 pm PST, to ship Thursday for delivery by Friday. Be sure to select Next Day shipping at check out if you are outside of Southern California area. See order form for pricing. Due to time constraints, complex design requests and/or color changes will not be approved.

We use both FedEx & UPS. In order to best accommodate your order, specific carrier is chosen at shipment; tracking # is sent via email. Our product turn-around times DO NOT include transit times; therefore, we recommend 2-Day Air if you are outside of California.

For each of our products, Shipping Prices are located at the bottom of the Order Form. For all Team Banner, and Pennants orders, Ground shipping rates start at $14.50 for Southern California and $16.50 for Northern California. Larger Team Flags are subject to additional shipping charges not reflected on the current order form. Next Day, 2-Day, 3-Day services are also available; see your product order form for details. Contact Us for a quote if you have any questions.

If you are ordering a Team Banner as defined in the first FAQ, the watermarked sample you have chosen will be modified for a final proof after purchase is made. Proofs are produced within 2 business days of processed payment.

Nothing goes to print without your final, emailed approval*. Please PROOF READ carefully. Your Team Banner cannot be responsible for spelling errors, etc. once approved.

General Communication/Non-Responsiveness: We make every effort to deliver your proof in a timely manner according to our published turn-around times (FAQ #2). Your Team Banner will not be responsible for orders delayed due to lack of response throughout the order process. This includes communication BEFORE and/or AFTER we send your proof approval. *Failure to approve a final proof by designated cut-off time will delay shipment by 1 business day for each business day not approved up until 5 business days. If you have not responded to our attempts to reach you via email or phone within 5 business days, the proof is considered “approved” and the order is sent to production as is. Once a proof is sent to print, no further changes can be made; order is complete once we ship.

All Other Products:

Customizing team colors, backgrounds, name styles and other aspects of your team banner can take a significant amount of time. In either case, because of our fast turn-around and the volume of banners we produce, we are only able to work on paid orders. For Custom Team Banner orders, you are welcome to indicate on your order form which design elements you prefer from as many samples as you like. We are happy to combine your requests into your own unique look. And don’t forget, you likely think we’re pretty good at this already or you wouldn’t have read this far in the first place. Seriously, our goal is to “WOW!” you – not take your money and run. We want you to be so excited about your experience with us, you tell others about us and come back next season.

Without a doubt it does. We want your banner to look as great as your digital proof! Our high resolution banner printing produces superior color and detail. Customers come to us year after year because they do see the difference – and of course, love our designs. We feel it is a huge disservice to print a fantastic design on equipment and materials that don’t match the quality of the digital proof you approved. YTB is dedicated to creating better looking designs printed on premium banner materials in high resolution for the best end product possible.

Team Banners are printed on premium 13oz. scrim vinyl which is both lightweight and very durable. In addition, all banners are hemmed or thermally welded for extra support. The topcoat is formulated to achieve consistent image quality and optimum color reproduction with UV resistant inks.

Absolutely. Our Custom Team Banner service offers many more logos and mascots not shown on our site. We are happy to discuss your needs with you and provide a choice from our library before production begins. Any custom work required is discussed up front prior to checking out. Be advised this process does take extra time so reach out early on.

Can you use your own artwork or print file? Yes. Discount applies. Contact Us for special check-out link.

Safety Margin/Grommets
We recommend you allow a 1.5″ safety margin for all critical text and grommet placement.

Hems
No extra bleed required. Please build files to exact size.

Pole Pockets
We recommend you allow 3″ safety margin for all critical text. Grommets will be placed below bottom seam. No bleed required.

Not at this time; however, many team moms and coaches find this banner stand plan useful. Pole Pockets not required. We recommend securing your team banner with zip ties,  small luggage bungee straps or even twine.

No, not for banner products or team flags. Depending on the item, color-matching for promotional and fundraising items may be available. If applicable, you will be notified of options upon inquiry.

No, not at this time.

Absolutely. You will be thrilled or your money back. See the next two FAQs regarding our Cancellation and Reprint policy for details.

Cancellation: An order can be cancelled at any time prior to proof production. If the job has gone into production it cannot be cancelled.

Refund: Due to changes PayPal made on 4/12/19, if we refund (partially or fully) a transaction to a buyer, there are no fees to make the refund, but the fees we originally paid PayPal as the seller will not be returned to a buyer. Those fees are 2.9% + $.30 of the original transaction fee.

If there is any issue with your order you must report the problem within 3 business days after the delivery date. Please call us and a representative will assist. If you do not contact us within that time frame we will assume that your job was correct at the time of receipt. While we make every effort to prioritize a reprint, turn-around time may be up to 3 days + transit time and are not guaranteed to arrive by the Opening Day date indicated on your Order Form.

Sometimes a player is added after your team banner has been received. Contact Us asap to discuss your options.

Now for the legalize. The following is a common sense list of guidelines and examples of issues that do not constitute grounds for a refund, or a return or reprint of a product:

• Errors that are discovered after proof approval has been received, e.g., misspelling, graphics, grammar, punctuation, finished product size, etc. We often have at least one solution to help in a case like this. Please contact us as soon as possible discuss.
• An order that is refused at time of delivery or un-deliverable orders. (We will reship the product at the customer’s expense if requested).
• The product is lost, delayed or returned to Your Team Banner due to an error made by the customer in submitting the shipping address.
• Product that is delayed in production and/or shipping as a result of the customer providing inaccurate information causing such delays.
• Product that incurs a higher shipping charge as a result of the customer providing inaccurate information.
• Product that is delayed in production and/or shipping as a result of shipping company delays, weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs officials, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, international customs issues, and any other circumstances that are beyond our control.
• An order your would like to cancel after the order has entered into production (or any process thereafter).
• For print files provided to YTB, product that experiences print or images that are fuzzy, pixilated or otherwise distorted as a result of the customer providing artwork that is not at a minimum of 150 DPI at 1:1 ratio (or 100%) and/or in CMYK mode.
• Products that do not exactly match color or ink density. Your Team Banner does not color match or match customer specified ink density.
• Orders that are duplicated as a result of customer error.
• Orders that contain dated materials that arrive after the relevant date or with insufficient time to use the material as intended. It is a customer’s responsibility to allow sufficient time when placing an order for time sensitive materials.
• Our failure to notify you of any delay, loss or damage in connection with your printed products or shipment or any inaccuracy in such notice.
• The release of an order by the shipper without obtaining a signature.

Econo Team Flag Setup

If you ordered our most popular Team Flag, here is a quick-start guide to getting it set up.

What Does Up To 18 Month Color-Fade Guarantee Mean?

Your Team Flag will stay vibrant as long as you handle with care. To maximize color lifespan, use your flag in shady areas only or indoors. To minimize premature fading, do not use more than 8 hours a day outside or in sunny locations. Avoid using your flag during stormy weather or on rainy days.

In order to ensure the longevity of your flag and to honor any future claims we recommend the following maintenance be preformed.

When installing the flag it is recommended at least two people are used to set the flag up to prevent any damage to the flag or hardware.

Team Flag Maintenance Disclosure

Ensure all bearings are properly lubricated prior to the first use of the flag, and well lubricated thereafter to ensure rust doesn’t accumulate in or around the hardware. Lubricants such as
WD-40 will be sufficient.

Bring flag and hardware inside every night and upon rain or heavy wind.
Flags are not meant to withstand extreme weather conditions and should not be left outside for extended periods of time.

The flag should be placed in a location where it can move freely without coming into contact with objects such as trees, fences, walls, buildings etc. It is possible the flag may be scratched, ripped or damaged if it does come into contact with any objects.
