What is the Turn-Around Time?

Next Day Team Banner & Custom Team Banner Proof Production: begins once payment has been received. Proofs are delivered in 24 hours or less; weekends, holidays and peak season excluded. Nothing goes to print without final approval. See FAQ #1 for design details.

Economy Team Banner Proof Production: begins within 48-72 hours of payment; weekends, holidays and peak season excluded. Nothing goes to print without final approval. See FAQ #1 for design details.

Banner Production: If proof is approved on a business day BEFORE 2:30 pm PST, order ships the following business day. Transit time not included. Applicable for all Banner Services.

Home Plate Pennants: If proofs are approved on a business day BEFORE 1:30 pm PST, order ships within the following 1-2 business days. Transit time not included.

I Need It Faster. Can You Rush My Order?

Yes, we offer Same Day Rush service for Team Banner service only.

Same Day Proof Rush + $30: Because of the volume of orders we receive; if you are ordering on a Wednesday, we recommend you select this option to receive your proof the Same Day. In this example, proof must be approved on Wednesday BEFORE 2:30 pm PST, to ship Thursday for delivery Friday. Be sure to select Next Day shipping at check out if you are outside of Southern California area.

Same Day Proof Rush & Same Day Print Rush + $50 upon approval:  If it is Thursday and you need your team banner by Friday, select this option only if your are able to check out BEFORE 8:30 am PST. You must be able to approve your proof on Thursday BEFORE 10:30 am PST to ship same business day (Thursday, for delivery Friday). Be sure to select Next Day shipping at check out if you are outside of Southern California area. Contact Us with any questions.

How Do You Ship?

We use both FedEx & UPS. In order to best accommodate your order, specific carrier is chosen at shipment; tracking # is sent via email. Our product turn-around times DO NOT include transit times; therefore, we recommend 2-Day Air if you are outside of California.

What Is The Transit Time?

For each of our products, Shipping Prices are located at the bottom of the Order Form. For all Team Banner, and Pennants orders, Ground shipping rates start at $14.50 for Southern California and $16.50 for Northern California. Larger Team Flags are subject to additional shipping charges not reflected on the current order form.
